Appliances: We can hookup your washer and dryer as an additional fee. We are also able to install pedestals or stacking kits for laundry sets. We do not do installation of any other appliances.
Removal: We are pleased to offer removal of your old furniture, mattresses or appliances. We take any removals to the transfer station, and upon special request can also take items to the Salvation Army. We will not transfer furniture to someone else's home or another address.
Curbside: We offer curbside delivery for half price. Products are unassembled and in original packaging and are placed in your driveway. Please note, due to time constraints, we cannot upgrade the delivery service the day of delivery.
If you would like to pick up your purchase, please call either your salesperson or the office staff of the store where you made your purchase, at least one (1) day in advance so that we can prepare your order. You will need to bring handling materials with you, such as rope and blankets. Damage incurred by customers’ own transportation is not warrantied.
Merchandise not in stock for immediate delivery will be ordered from the manufacturer with a tentative delivery date. Delivery dates are agreed to in good faith; however, they are subject to availability from the manufacturer, as well as possible shipping or production delays. In the case of a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed of the status of your delivery.
If you wish to pay the C.O.D. by Visa, Mastercard, Interac or cash, please make the payment at our store prior to the delivery date.
We ask that you ensure all walks and entranceways to your home are clear prior to our delivery, (example: snow and ice) for the safety of our delivery personnel and your furniture. Our delivery staff have the obligation to postpone delivery due to unsafe conditions based on their judgment.
As professionals, we do our best to take every care possible when delivering furniture into your home. Many home designs do not take into account the difficulty of furniture delivery. On the rare occasion that a piece of furniture is a tight fit, we may ask you to approve our attempt to fit your furniture, on the understanding that we cannot be held responsible for any damage.
To re-schedule a delivery we require one (1) full day's notice.
